Everything you need to know before you swap cardboard for reusable plastic crates.

Is delivery and pickup included?

Delivery is free within 20km of Sydney CBD. A surcharge applies from 20–30km ($40), 30–40km ($60), 40–60km ($80), and 60–80km ($120). Both addresses are checked at checkout.

How long is the base hire?

All packages include 10 days. Pickup is auto-scheduled 10 days after delivery. Add extra days at checkout for a small daily rate.

Do I need tape?

No. The folding lid closes securely, so you can pack without tape, glue, or collapsed cardboard.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay by Cash on Delivery or Online Payment. Choose your preference at checkout.
